Healthy start

From this day I'm going to eat healthy, and I'm not even kidding. I'm going to eat lots of fruit and vegetables and no more chocolate or candy for me. It will be hard(I'm addicted to chocolate) but it's worthy. I just need my body to be perfectly shaped for summer and just for myself. Also I'm going to workout more, including fitness and jogging. But as a fresh start this was my lunch.
Fruit juice, a banana and a big bottle of water!

    But don´t try to lose much weight, that´s not good for your body.
