Money for clothing

Please, help me help me!
This day I came home with a new blouse, so cute I love it but my mum is always wining that I'm buying too much stuff so she wants to give me money for clothing..
I don't really like it nor do I hate it but what's a reasonable amount?
I though 100 euros... Most of my friends who get that kind of money get or almost nothing or 100...
I'm in a dilemma.. On one hand I'd really like it, no wining of mum but other hand I hate it!!!!
